One of our favorite activities while visiting Maui is snorkeling in the coral reefs found along Maui's coast. And no surprise, I like trying to take pictures of the underwater beauty seen while snorkeling.

I started with a disposable underwater camera, and that worked, but after a couple of years I invested in a Canon point and shoot underwater camera. That worked much better, but now we're in the digital age and this trip I took my snorkeling photos using a Canon A630 camera and WP-DC8 underwater case.

Of course, with no film costs to consider, I went from shooting less than 150 pictures per trip to over 400 this time. I managed to filter that number down quite a bit and posted 60 pictures at Flickr, and am sharing 9 of my favorites below. You can see the entire set of by clicking the preceding link.
